Isocrete k-screed
Isocrete k-screed is the single market leading screed additive used throughout the construction industry due to its ability of offer a strong durable finish which is also faster drying. Although the most used and prominent product on the market, k-screed has the benefit of also being the most competitively priced screed additive available.
K-screed is suitable for use in all situations including with under-floor heating and offers a Heavy Duty option in areas where heavy and constant traffic is expected.
Isocrete Fast-k is used where very fast drying times are required from a floor screed. This option offers the same strong durable finish as the standard k-screed with very rapid drying times – a massive benefit where timescale is a priority.
Isocrete Isopol SBR is a fast drying polymer modified screed which, due to its very high strength properties, can be left as a wearing surface. This screed can also be laid very thin when bonded to a mechanically prepared surface allowing the client to level even moderately uneven substrates. 
Isocrete Isogran is a bonded modified granolithic wearing screed which is used to provide a tough, hardwearing heavy duty floor. This product is often used to provide a strong screed on workshop floors or plant-rooms where a resistance to oils and grease is required.
